The making of UTP.

 

Real students were scanned and rebuilt as AI avatars, then directed through fully generative environments — lighting, camera, performance and grade decided shot by shot. A traditional production workflow, executed with A.I. generative tools, post-production and VFX.

Not prompted and hoped for. Directed.
